  • YESSSSSSSSSSS best answer!

  • Living in USA/ Las Vegas ...i think drunks in Japan are GREAT! unlike the drunks in Las vegas ...who like to be mean just cuz what "s in Vegas stay in vegas --blah blah ! from what i see in Japan ...you work like a dog ...BUT! you drink like a fish and then no worrys and repeat! ... I LOVE you JAPAN! i wish USA was like that....and not just about drinking &fighting..... :( and i love to drink but i HATE fighting......but NOT all in USA fight&drink i'm just saying maybe just in Las vegas

  • xeverus claims this has to be staged. Obviously he's never traveled to countries like Germany and Japan where the drinking culture is extreme but the general working and everyday environment is muted and restrictive.

  • It really is pretty much just like that. Although these days those little hotels are usually filled with homeless bums.

  • WTF is bubbly! I'm hearing it everywhere in British websites!

  • @IIoWoII Bubbly usually means Champagne.

  • @SaitanMar I mean the character trait... what`s that...

  • So every culture does love to drink alcohol. The love of it makes us human.

  • Drinking = Violence in the UK. Off cource English are not capable of understanding Japanese drinking culture!

  • bunch of weirdos...

  • this has got to be staged.

  • @xeverus Having lived over here in Japan for a few years now I'd have to say that it's not staged. There's a lot of drinking every night. Eating out is cheap, karaoke is cheaper. The Japanese guys get drunk really quickly though but then they're funny and more relaxed than during the day.

  • i love watching this when i'm drunk lololololol i love japan ...

  • We don't binge as much as Brits do. We just get drunk sooner than Brits due to the lack of enzyme ;P

  • I think this is very sad. I mean think about it. They are stressed, so they drink a lot, which is the only relief for them??

Why not just life a less stressful life? It's WAY better for you.

I think I'd die early living like that.

  • Im really glad my husband has the asian alcohol allergy. He still goes out some but can't go crazy. I think these salarymen, if they have families, should be at home with their families, relaxing, rather than out drinking every night. Its hardly fair. Again, so glad my Japanese husband cant drink, or we wouldn't even be married and I'd be back in America right now. :p

  • and that jap girl's pretty hot, man, can't wait till I can afford a vacation to tokyo the atmosphere's great

  • they're fucking hammerd XD

  • Japanese people are fuckin nuts. In a good way, though.

  • lol at the 0:42 sec!! he´s totally drunk YEESS

  • do you like to be drunk? YEESSSS e___e

  • we watched this in georgraphy

  • 'jesus what kind of company is it?' lmao!

  • 3:40 - 3:52 lmao.

  • "..i noticed in these capsules PORN available ., which is great..do you have any cleaning programme"..and after that..."..i MISSED the last train (grinning) and (he gets in the capsule, shutting up the curtain) :pfffffffffffrrrrrrrrzzzzzzzzzzt ...lol

  • they dont have to drink that much because as REAL ASIANS they cant metabolize alcohol so much, it means they get drunk very fast ^^. saves money doesnt it?

  • It's kinda funny they interview all the Japaneses in English .

  • I'm guessing there is an off-screen translator, but a good amount of Japanese people speak English, so the odds that they would understand what Ad & Joe are saying is fairly high.

  • @Dennischek Innit that they prefer to talk in English to constantly practice?

  • 0:56 The guy says "I drink just a little but DRUG DRUG DRUG!", a common joking way to say you used lots of drugs and coke.

  • Sounds like a pretty crappy life: work, get drunk, sleep then repeat.

  • hell no I wish i had a life like that XD

  • dont forget they go to hostess clubs and foam and soap massages and whatsoever, have sex with the whole company

  • @yesiamanalien

Life in Britain in a nutshell, with the exception of those who are either/and on the dole or on drugs.

  • I'm No1

    LOLz

  • if everyone in the usa is like this and acts like this we would all be happy. no more fights and shit

  • drunk style

  • the japanse are soo funny when they are drunkXD,no affense really, but here when they are drunk they get all crazy and they are scaryOo

  • sarariiman da!

  • the drunk old guys are FUNNY lol

  • Been there, DONE THAT!

  • Japan is so awesome, I want to live there when I grow up

  • I keep seeing how Japanese are unfriendly to Gaijin or racist, but as you can see, none of these guys has any problem. I guess this is the place to go if you are a foreigner to make some easy friends!

  • Now I wouldn't agree with Japan being full of racists but I've lived in friendlier places.

Don't forget that this is a TV show, and when a camera is on someone they are less inclined to act up.

  • this is familiar...lol

  • man..this is fuckin amazing video.lolz

  • Steven!!

  • "capsule hotels are not to be confused with love hotels" shiiieee they CAN be, if you and the girl you are with are drunk enough, and probably flexible too lol

  • capsules are men only

  • yes, because the japanese are famed for being completely the opposite of racist. Hey bobby!

  • @stevehildrew Really?!?!! Tell that to a Korean or Chinese living in Tokyo

  • lol

a lot of Japanese arent these.

They go to the chain store in the city part.

capsule hotel? nonononono. foreign traveler often uses it.

    i hate racism propaganda.

  • What are you talking about, aptuusin? Where is the racist propaganda?

  • beertsu lolololol drunk people crack me up

  • Yesssssssss!!! lmao

  • Brilliant!

  • yakuzaikasan you are stupid. this was filmed in Tokyo lol.

  • fun clip. love the japanese, drunk or not :)

  • Haha! :D I love the episodes by Joe and Adam. And this part is my favourite!

  • no special clean up???

  • OMG...those silly Japanese men... YEEESSSSS! I wouldn't stop laughing if I saw a bunch of old Japanese men falling down drunk

  • "Do you like to drink sir?"

    "YEEEEEEESSSS!!!!"

  • i luv japanese ppl hehe

  • I remember those days...

  • Yeah, those capsules are so claustrophobic looking! I wish the UK had the decent atmosphere of over there in the streets - I'm moving there one day I think!

  • Working behind the counter in that capsule hotel must be a fun job lol

  • Talk about judgemental sterotyping! My boyfriend is japanese and has never smoked a cig in his life and dislikes alchol. He is a very laid back and calm person.

Get off your butt, go outside and learn something before you go spouting retarded comments like that.

  • Your idiocy amuses me

  • 일본인을 모욕하지 말아 주세요.

  • This is great i see drunken salarymen all the time aronud Ueno. They are good entertainers to watch while on the ride home.

  • haha..that capsule hotel is a claustrophobe dream come true!

  • hahhahaha funny drunks.. those hotel things are a good idea! how come we dont have those in america??

  • I bet the capsule hotel inspired the design of the space plain from the movie "The Fifth element", with Bruce Willis.

  • 5th Element came out over 10 years after the first capsule hotel, so i think it was the other way round.

  • sorry, my mistake. I just re-read your comment and I just basically put the same thing as you said, steinarwarjar

  • Good thing you're a kitten, or else I would had to spank you for that little error.. ;)

  • thats a great idea, to have a basic bed and shower for drunks after a night out without a means of getting home. If I weren't so unmotivated and lazy i would try to bring the idea to london

  • HAHA...the first guy is hilarious. "YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!"

  • They forgot to mention that the sign saying "pub" means "hostess bar" in Japan. These are basically "female escort bars", usually with a "no women customers allowed" and especially "Japanese Only: No Foreigners Allowed" door policy/sign on the front. Many (married) Salarymen go there to flirt or even more and then come home to bark orders for bed, bath and food at their wives. Although not all!

  • Capsules are coool

  • if you dont love drunk people then you cant call yourself a scot

  • i'm gonna do that, dress up in suit and go out in tokyo

  • being scottish, i love drunk people!

  • omg, can't believe he asked about "special clean-up!" lol

  • YESSSSSS!

  • ayos sa japan
