This game sucks compared to 6. Its a historical war. You fight through battles that took place in the three kingdoms era of china. Each battle, you have some objectives to complete to win. But uhh its simply KILL THE COMMANDER! VICTORY IS YOURS! You don't really have to go and kill the commander right away. Many people just fool around on the battlefield seeing how many they can kill

i was checking on ruby lin's profile on dramawiki and i saw it said the three kingdom, and so i checked it out, and Ruby Lin is playing as SunshangXia.
not for all chars..like Zhou yus in dw 5 is very easy..i think it was like defeat yan baihu and wang lang in hard difficulty and the item appears inside liu Yongs castle
from 5:12 to the end.....was that DW3 or DW4?

Dynasty warriors was pretty much an over epic-fied version of Three kingdoms. Kinda like what Frank Miller's "300" did to the Greek-Persian war.

i like gameplay in DW6 but i hate the costumes for most of them.... Liu Bei looks too young, Cao Cao looks great but hes no more "the evil" guy.
A bunch of other ppl are totally messed up.

@mbfreak22 Yeah I agree, Lu Bu's costume is way over the top and I preffered Zhou Yu's old style as well - he looks too feminine now.
