i have a question i just bought me a garmin 265wt n my unit dose not say the street name can u please help me out or maybe i should of plug in the charger/satellite wire would that make a different thx

no the charger/traffic wire wouldn't change anything.

do you mean it doesnt speak out the street or do does it not show the street name ?

it usually doesnt speak the name out. it just announces when to turn. how do you know it can speak the streets.

i've had problems before and contacted garmin, and they just tell me to reset it. And it fixed everything. so maybe try that

@edlinnguyen thx for ur time i figure it out i just have to pick out one of the voice option that have (tts) thanks tho btw u from seattle huh thats where im from maybe i could use the gps to get to ur place n hang n get drunk lol
