Is it just me, or are all the badasses of Hack n Slasher games being stabbed in the chest with massive objects/weapons and SURVIVING these days???

-God of War: Kratos gets stabbed in the first one by a massive pillar thrown by Ares.

-Darksiders: Uriel stabs War in the back with the Armageddon Blade.

-Devil May Cry: Dante gets stabbed with his own sword, Rebellion at least one in all the games. Even in the DMC anime, he's stabbed with his own sword. I mean what the hell?!

@bleachofspiral white city usually referees to heaven .. this is all biblical stuff. Go read the bible, Dantes inferno, paradise lost, or any Christan stuff. Lot of the stuff in the old testament is pretty hardcores stuff on the levels of Norse mythology. If readings not your stuff look up comic book version of these things.

@Amourilyo It's either something to do with Nex Sacramentum possibly having something to do with the duel they had and War essentially winning it and sparing her due to her saying "The Death Oath is complete" or maybe something related to the 7th Seal being broken...not sure really.

@Amourilyo Nex Sacramentum is a duel to the death. War spare Uriel, so I guess the duel was never over, just put on break, she kill war to break him from the leash, and finish the duel. Then break the 7th seal, which enable armageddon, so all horse man will be call no matter what, so War is revive. It like an awesome loop hole.

@bestlad123 Abaddon died in the beginning of the game. You see during the tree of life cutscene that after he died, he was told that his plans had been used against him to prevent hell from being defeated by heaven. He was going to be punished by the council for doing what he did, and so he chose to be "a ruler of hell" out of fear.
