Greg, you are the man! Great review of a great beer. Green Flash is a highly underrated brewery IMO. West Coast IPA, Le Freak, etc. all amazing brews. Thanks.

You're gonna preach, but that's OK. Dates are needed, especially on this style. I cut some slack on barleywines, porters & stouts (especially the big ABV ones), but only a little. Good review as always.

This is a 10 beer for me,I agree it should be dated.I like to use this one as a starter, then move on to the 5.0-6.0% abv types..in the end it makes my top 5.

P.S. Please dont go reviewing Miller/Bud/Coors and such. Thats not even beer in my book! Chemical water with a high marketing budget! Compare a Sierra Nevada beer with a Budweiser and you just have to laugh!

@briannwo1900 if I did review them, I would do all three (bud, miller, coors) at the same time. these guys spend more on advertising and lobbyist than they spend making the beer! it sucks. and most people watching the commercials buy into it. sad! I agree on the bud Sierra comparison. there is none! cheers!
