There is no such thing as "seperation of church/state" and the ONLY thing there is is the state cannot impose any religion on the people-it's the seperation of the Church FROM the state, not the state from the Church.

Our country was founded on Christian belief. Our founding documents and laws based on the Bible. And God (of the Bible) was a main focus in the Declaration of Independence.  We are not just a secular nation, the country was founded on Christian belief and people like the American Communist Liberties Union (yes, that was on purpose) want to eliminate God from this country to leave us open to a godless communist wasteland. Most of the founding fathers WERE Christian so face the truth.

The ACLU is not operating from its agenda, it's operating for a little thing called the CONSITUTION. These people are just making fun of the constitution and american values, not the ACLU.

But the biggest logical flaw is if as you guys claim, the seal is "so tiny" and therefore insignificant, THEN WHY DO YOU FIGHT SO HARD FOR IT?

First of all the ACLU was started by a devout Communist to undermine the values of Freedom framed in Democracy. Secondly the cross represents an historical landmark in LA County clearly visible from the Hollywood Bowl.

Thirdly, the ACLU settled for a Catholic missionary to replace the Christian cross. Talk about hypocrisy.
