@MegaAntoniothebest I already have about 50 hours of music IN my brain, so the classical stuff I do some reading! Besides, throwing the sheets down is a great schtick!
It simply don't get any better, superb, and you're reading off the sheet !! Lol. You should be touring the great music halls of the world playing this magical stuff... as Lara was told, 'It's a gift,' meaning the superb talent. Thank you so very much !!!
I just love it when I "discover" a new artist that I can get excited about! I find it difficult to just listen to music... I need to see the artist interact with his music. One senses a tremendous sense of fun but also an endearing seriousness in the application of your art. Thankyou for enriching my life!!
Your playing continues to give me energy, enthusiasm and inspiration as I work. Thank you. Trust you are not neglecting the piano for the pipe organ! Hope to go to Iceland again in Oct. and will endeavour to get some exciting Icelandic sheet music for you. Where do I send it? You'll find time to learn just one song! Thank you for your fantastic contribution to life. John. UK
@Pochkigena Thanks a lot for dropping in . . . I'll send my e-mail privately. And I'll try to learn a piece, although playing with my feet is pretty darn challenging as it is!
Where in Montreal do you give these performances, and how would I be able to obtain tickets to one of these performances. should I find myself going to Montreal in the future.
I play five days a week in Montreal and usually one day in Ottawa. Let me know when you're coming and I'll make sure you get to where I'm playing. If it's a serious concert the tickets are around $20, if it's a retirement home , , , FREE!
A masterpiece that surely should have found place in a First Aid box, instead of Prozac ... There is something infinitely calming and inspiring at the same time, in these classics, don`t you think?
Hi Rob! Great to hear from you and thanks for the compliments! Not jamming much these days, I kinda dropped out of the scene. Although I play with John McGale on an irregular basis, he's about the only rock person I work with. If you do a gig where are you playing . . . I would still come out to support our local talent . . . Have a great one!
hei dude you had to bring all those sheets?! ROFL try to learn it by memory, it's easy :P

@orionedwin excuse me? i didn't understand the last word you said... what does schtick mean? it's a new word for me
MegaAntoniothebest 4 months ago
@MegaAntoniothebest Schtick means a little trick to make people pay attention. For George Burns it was his cigar.
