  • I later checked the thrust before I corrected the problem this planes take off weight is 35 lbs and with the engine running the way it was it was only making 15 lbs of thrust I am suprised that I even got it off the ground now it flies exatly the same as my preivous A-7 beautifuly.... It can loop and roll and takes off in about 300 feet now take it easy on this video guys this was the second flight on this airframe and the first with this engine.

  • No its not tailheavy I never raised the gear . The engine was too far inside the pipe and the bypass was not opened up enough to allow for the engine to properly breath . The problems have been fixed since this video was shot and ot flies nicely now. When I roll the plane inverted it takes a little down elevator to hold it there

  • Tail heavy

  • little bit more powered i can see that thing going into the ground shortley

  • Stupid butterfly. Nice looking corsair. Maybe if he retracted his gear could have built more speed and flown more smoothly.

  • And that's what makes me nervous about anything other than a EDF or Brushless electric.

  • i think that plane is underpowered

  • @stratosjoebar

    Yep dangerously underpowered
