folks instead of criticizing, try to be openminded. There are different paces and different styles. Nobody is forcing anyone to do anything. Better yet try everything and adopt everything your way. This is Yoga, no Algebra.

I practiced in Mysore  - this is the normal pace of Namaskars !!!

she sounds mechanic, and her tone layer isn't pleasent listening too. she needs to learn about voice projection...a voice coach would do her good.

geez - she's very bad at projecting her voise. it sounds horrible. had to stop the clip after 10 sec. did my head in!
