  • @yayakiko The ingredients are now in the description. Not sure how much flour she used here, but use 1 cup of flour for every 2 cups of water.

    Sorry this took so long. My mom has been taking care of my grandmother after major surgery, and since I live 600 miles from them, it was hard to get an answer. I was only able to check with her because I'm visiting them this weekend :)

  • my favorite Chinese dish is beef cheung fun ^ ^ and yeah thats how my dad makes cheung fun too same style .

  • My auntie used to make them using a square biscuit tin lid. We used to help grind the rice using a heavy millstone. Why didn't we just buy some rice flour, lol?
