  • Très bonnes vidéos Bravo Charles .... Un collègue admiratif....

  • GIven the fact that many people ruin their subscapularis benching beyond fatique, would this not in their case be beating a dead horse, and a cause a activating trigger points!

  • @famnel1 Everything has to be applied based on the trainee's symptoms. Obviously if someone had chronic subscap problems this would njot be a good option, and you'd probably want to consider ART.

That said, it's still a valuable movement for those who can execute it

  • Genius. its almost like a negatve too, given the tousand year descent, and it has good time under tension.

  • @rmsolympic1 It is a negative and tut would vary, but this looks like it would be 6 seconds down.

  • why does working the subscapularis help with throwing sports?

  • @throws56 because it's an internal rotator.

  • @mrdiko So is it more like securing the rotator cuff or is actually helping in the pushing motion?

  • @throws56 It is part of the rotator cuff. It's working its ring off to stop you just dropping like a stone.

  • Oh, in throwing, the subscap would be part of the driving force behind the throw. Watch a baseball pitch.

  • @throws56 Oh, I was thinking more in the terms of like shot putting. I can see how it would help with pitching a baseball.
