@saberwolf17 ofcourse it can be used for a boy o.o" cosplay makeup doesn't really have a "gender".. It's not like I'm that feminin, but I still use it..

anyways, If you have taken your time to look in videos, you would find that there allready is a Ciel makeup tutorial.

for some reason, it slips more when I hold it than stick eyeliner...

@LuckyNeko123 I wouldn't advice ya to use pencileyeliner for the liquid part.. instead you can ask someone to help you with that part, and find a type of liquid eyeliner, that ya can use. ya can buy some liquid ones, that looks like a pencil. they're pretty easy to use.

the reason why ya have to use the liquid eyeliner, is 'cuz the liquid ones usually stay where you added it, and it doesn't easily get rubbed around. by using a pencileyeliner it will end up looking like ya eyearea was dirty
