the name is from when he was a foal he was still unnamed one really foggy morning and his owner couldnt find him until some wind blew the fog away. hence the name lost in the fog

I hope this movie makes it to theatres. If it does, I don't know if I'll be able to sit through it. I loved this horse so much even though I never saw him run in person; watched him since he was a two year old.. I know I'll probably bawl through the movie, and I -never- cry during movies.

I saw this movie last Saturday at CineVegas. What a great story. The characters were so interesting. Though the story was really sad - lots of crying at the end - the director really showed what a hero this horse - and his owner and trainer were.

The director said last week he is looking for a distributor and hopes to get it into the theaters - if not, it will be available on video later this fall, he said. HOPE he can get it into the theaters... do you know differently?

omg! my favorit spinter of all time! cant wait i was hoping they would do something 4him! my uncle and grandpa went to golden gate the day they gave out the memorial dvd of foggy it has all eleven of his wins and commetary by gilchrist and baze, man cant wait, rip foggy;)

I just read about him and what happened to him a couple of months ago and just cried. What a fighter. I had no idea there was a movie being made about him, but if there was ever a story that should be put on the screen, its his.
