tow dolly would have been cheaper. i myself just have a old car trailer. i use maybe 3-4 times a year (if you have room for it of course) no worries about electrical or hydraulic failure, you just hook it up and go
This cheap wheel lift can't even safely tow a honda accord at 40 MPH. It takes too much weight off of the front end. These cheap wheel lifts are a rip off!

Yes it does take alot of weight off the front. But adjust your rear brakes. Just sayin'......

The Metro dealer who sold me the lift told me I could put the lift on anything. They just lied to make a sale.

Have you considered air bags for this truck?
A counterweight front bumper?
Extra leaf springs?
Any of these hidden wheel lift units SUCK ASS...
But the Metro one is probably one of the worst of them all.
