But It dosen't really matter our music in general rocks!

  • cinematic was a hard show to march like the film reel part lol

  • ahaha i ment this year "cinematic"

This year, there wasn't too much focus on the music but more on marching. I noticed the band didn't use synthesizers like in 2006. Your band was also loud in 2006. What a big difference. You actually sounded like a raw marching band this year. Also, it seems like you have less members this year. Come back to SCSBOA & San Diego- we loved you there. You guys were superstars in 2006 in the 5A division.

  • im pretty sure we had synthesizers for fusion...

  • this is my fav ill be in Fountain Valley in four years playin snare

  • i marched cymbols it was sweet and wba 1st place

  • very nice fountain valley....but i think i liked "Heroic Impressions" much more than this but overall very good

  • Yay!!! go fountain valley highschool band!!!!! heheh they performed at my school, Masuda! :O

  • Honestly, you guys are absolutely amazing. You should try 5A! You'd definitely do really well.

  • well we were in wba champiionships

that was at east los angeles college i think..

    from..a Buchanan pit member

  • what is this shows name

  • The name is "Fusion."

The music was written by the Assistant Band Director. (I believe that is true.) My grandaughter, Jenna, plays flute in the band

  • The show was actually written by Ian Grom, the pit instructor.

  • haha same with mission viejo

  • do you know where i can find a recording of this show

  • actually it was Iam Grom the pit instructor

  • @dougbeyer The show's name is called fusion but it wasnt written by your AB. It was written by a company called BoxSix.

  • @jtimester It's true that BoxSix technically did write this but Fusion was written for FVHS by Ian Grom before Box Six existed. He was the pit instructor for FV.

  • The visuals are great. How come it doesn't sound like a band. It sounds like many parts of the music are pre-recorded.

  • My camera is a small and inexpensive.

I can assure you that the students were making all the music you hear on this video.

  • some of the parts that sound pre-recorded are either synthesised (by the pit) or are solos, the speakers give it that quality
