No matter what people say about disco, it truly brought people of different races and socio-economic standings together. Even gay and straight people that would have never associated with each other were free to be one in 1970's discos. Till the day I die I will love disco music. BTW, Donna Summer was and is still one of the most beautiful women. I think at one time she hated her connection as a queen of disco, but I think she embraces it now. Donna you are wonderful!
@spacrazie Nope, the guy singing with Donna is Joe Esposito. He also sang "You're The Best Around" from "The Karate Kid". Donna's husband, Bruce Sudano, is in the back strumming the guitar.
Great DUETvocal performance!!-- I wonder if they were even nominated for Best Pop Vocal Performance Duo or Group.... Never saw this -- thanks for posting.. Donna's voice sounds SOOO Crystal clear. Where was this performance @?
I wonder why Brooklyn Dreams never had greater success in their careers. That always depressed me. Oh well...

I love how they reverse parts on the second half of the verses. I miss singers singing live on stage.

Donna is joined here by her husband Bruce Sudano of Brookly Dreams. He is her second and current husband. Their voices really blend well together.

This was on The Midnight Special I believe. Did you see the other part, Donna singing with Brooklyn Dreams doing a medley? Check it out.
