Psychoeducation is very necessary for a vibrant living. I never knew how important it was until I went to school to do counseling psychology and realized there was much in my life that needed psychotherapy. Well, one may choose not to reveal anything about their depression but, what is best for a good living? Counselors are good keepers of secrets.In fact it is unethical and unprofessional to reveal what a therapist discuss with clients.Thank God I have learned a lot!

I doubt I could easily describe all my problems to somebody I didn't know.
Plus too depressed and scared to even meet a Psychoeducation Counsellor, although I don't think there are any in my part of UK
