I was happy they decided to ditch the crosshairs for the production model. They did a terrific job on bringing back the Challenger; definitely the best looking compared to the Mustang and Camaro. Thanks for uploading this!
telling you guys the stearing wheel and whatever you think isnt that kewl...is awsome....try test driving one i have a silver srt8 and by the way i think its considered an 09
personally i own a camaro its a buitefull car and so is the challenger but out of the two the challenger is the only new car that keeps the traditional muscle car look its a perfict beast
idn about a factory stock corvette i have nvr drivin one but the challenger is very hevy but not to the point you feal like driving a tank. for its waight it can still git up and go. if you ever get a chance to test one go for it man
250??? ok first of all i like both cars, and the mustang, second of all, again, 250??? yeah for the v6...maybe, try about 425 plus. get your facts straight

Looks "natural" without the crosshair grill? In other words, they were afraid to put it there. No wonder the car looks like a straight replica. They were too afraid to actually get creative.

I wish I could talk to these engineer idiots, 4100lbs with a smallblock in it, WTF! Im a mopar fan and all this does is piss me off that they dont have a clue how to build one of these.
You can blame that on the Germans. Dodge was owned by german owned Diamler then. They were even advertising the Charger with "german" enginering when it first came out.
the bringing back of the challenger was genius. they have a 2009 coming out in 3 different models, SE, R/T, and of course SRT8 (shown in the video) great american car, im gettin the 2009 this fall R/T

The new challenger is too fat and chunky. They should have stuck with the more streamline approach.

Such a beautiful car. I dream of owning one someday.

I wish Americans could come up with more winning, lasting designs for autmobiles and so many other things. Not a head-turner...

its not about 20" wheels and stupid high watt stereo's....its horspower to weight ratio, Challenger will finish last on the street.
