this ? is for propguy1701 i got a roddenberry phaser hand made by them for the series trials and tribulations i paid 6 hundred for it are rodds. good makes
I like the Star Trek TV shows and a few of the films, but I'm a huge Star Wars fan and collector. Sorry to say, but Star Wars colectibles are MUCH better than Star Trek merchandise. But that's just my opinion.
Can you please tell me your store hours for the Holidays, I think you'll be able to satisfy what's on the wish list. Awesome collection there friend! ~Peace out and God Bless~
your an investor not a collector keeping every thing in boxes. but if you the same person that sells on e-bay you make great props that you sell and I do buy from you.........lol
I have a lot of star trek stuff (not as glorious as your personal collection) and I was curious to know if you possibly knew of anywhere or anyone who might be able to get an appraisal and where to sell it if I so choose to based on the appraisal. Send me a message or something if you can. I'd greatly appreciate it.

Reading a lot of hate. This collection is awesome! Congrats bro!
It's sad that Star Trek isn't sociably acceptable and football, basketball, nascar, etc is. It's ok for guys to collect signed balls, wear jerseys, paint there faces a team color, etc, but it's not ok to wear a star trek uniform and collect memorabilia. Keep doing your thing dude!
@sooner7 then why has star trek had successful movies as well as TV series' along, unlike star wars which has only had shit TV series'. don't get me wrong, i love star wars, I'm just saying, there's no reason to hate on star trek, it has had a long, eventful, and successful life, as well as star trek.
i have over 200 star trek comic books never open in plastic bags raging from the 80"s till dont know:) would like to get rid off it . they are in mint condition i really dont like star trek but what the hell i found them in an old building so if anybody is interested let me know:)
@xXi2SiiKXx you can't campare both of them. their completely different settings and completely different stories. the only similarity is that their scifi and their title has the word "Star" in it.
@xXi2SiiKXx Do Star Wars have half naked Andorrians or Orion girls running around? Do they have any form of sexual dances in Star Wars? I thought not :D
@TheLonleyWolf370 Well, to be fair Star Wars has Princess Leia in a gold bikini. I have a very nice figure of her in that outfit and I have Vina the green "Orion" dancer too. Both well worth my money. Star Trek is my main thing but I collect some Star Wars stuff if it looks good. Sideshow had some awesome 18" figures both from Star Trek and Star Wars.
God, dude! Looking at this, I feel like a damned KID all over again!!! This is SO cool!!! In two days, I'll be forty, and I STILL got most of the stuff I've had since I was a kid, including a lot of Star Trek stuff. What you have here is a dream--do NOT lose touch with it!!! Thank you so much for sharing this!!
@scar504 Sorry Scar, When I die it is in my will that ALL of the collection will be sold and money to be donated to charity...But not planning on dieing Yet

@ZacLuvaChic Ah I get it, No collecting is NOT JUST for KIDS, Just Look at All the people out there who go to football games, Love Baseball & Nascar and how much stuff do they buy when they are there??? hummm No Collecting is Not just for kids, Be patient with your Mum, one day she will understand..."
@Propguy1701 It is just for kids. Football, baseball, NASCAR, those are real things. The games aren't scripted, the players aren't actors pretending to be players or drivers. An excessive collection of baseball, football, or NASCAR memorabilia would still be seen as weird, though, mainly considering the expense, but at least it's the memorabilia of something real.
@davenielsen78 Football, baseball, NASCAR, those are real things Opinions thats all that is. Nascar collectables? Don't open that can of beer with me at least it's the memorabilia of something real Hello were you alive in 69 and missed The Space Program? Research the following Navel Ships, Lexington, Hornet and Constitution, all names of ship found in Star Trek & the US Navy. There is something called The Space Shuttle. First one was named Enterprise I think that's Real
@Propguy1701 I give you points for effort but unfortunately you're no Vulcan - logic is completely foreign to you. If you had a collection of NASA or military memorabilia - anything from those ships you mentioned - that would be different. Unfortunately those Star Trek vessels are only named for real ones. That's not the same thing at all and it's laughable that you would even suggest it. It's also an insult to real astronauts and soldiers. Try again - and put some effort into it this time!
@Propguy1701, Enterprise and Victory to name but two that were in the Royal Navy and played pivital roles in Star Trek. Also, the new Virgin Galactic comercial space ships are named VSS Enterprise and VSS Voyager!!, so I agree with your comment...Not forgeting the Star Trek tech that we now take for granted, mobiles, touch tablets, computers, tricoders (they have a similar divice in the military) all originated from Star Trek. Star Trek will become reality one day...its just a matter of time.
your collection rocks!!!! Is it all in your basement??? One of the best ST collections I've seen. Being a trekky from way back what did u think of Star Trek 2009??? Keep collecting! BTW love the pinball.
awesome collection my friend...wow your house looks like a star wars museum...it must have taken you decades to build that up...thanks for sharing :o)
you got some nice props but loose the books and display your better stuff on those shelf's. know one wants to see books. I have bought some of your props. as it does look neat I prefer figures out of the box even my hall mark 1991 enterprise is hanging up in my videos. if you plan to sell one day then forget every thing I just said.....lol go look at my 5 part collection. you will like it.
what happend to the star ratings. we lost all that
Man oh man, that room is like my ultimate dream. If you run outta places to keep stuff, let me know. :D
Seriously, very cool collection indeed! I have a few odds and ends, but nothing truly outstanding....would you know anything about a PVC statue of Bones mid 90s-ish, about 10 inches high? He rotates at the arms and has a tricorder hanging on his shoulder. I got it a couple of months ago...
At 1:54 is that a screen used Romulan disruptor? I ask because I have a screen use piece as well and was wondering what color scheme your is. Some of those Romulan screen used props come in black. Thanks
one day your gonna regret spending all that money of basically useless junk like that, trust me, i used to collect figurines and basketball cards etc... now its too hard to sell and i need money.
Something tells me he's not going to regret for a single moment all the items in his wonderful collection. We have to remember that not everyone's situation is the same.
I am looking for Star Trek Art Collectors - I have access to Vintage Production art that has never seen a gallery- and would ike to findi a home before it goes to one and doubles in price - VERY well established artist - this is Universal Studio stuff
That is my dream room! I am trying to get started on collecting star trek items and kits and soon as I start cleaning out my garage and fixing up my basement.
A fantastic collection and well shown. I too have been collecting Star Trek memorabilia since the very early 80's and am still finding new and exciting pieces today. Thank God for e-bay and car boot sales!
I just cant see the fun of having all that cool stuff and leaving it in boxes. I understand the collectors mindset but I would't want to spend money on say a ship for display and not display the actual ship, a box is not really worth looking at.
Yeah I got that part, but wheres the fun in that? It just seems like if its an investment your after then there are far better ways to ensure a good return on an investment. Toys and collectables should be about fun, at least in my book. I keep thinking of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry dates a girl with a huge toy collection but no one can touch or play with any of it, DUH! Of course Jerry drugs her so he can play with the toys. Don't worry I won't show up at your place with a Turkey lol.
@Cooleemee43 I have a bigger collection on here in 5 parts and nothing is in a box and I get to play with them all. I collect to have not to invest and keep in a box.
I alway wanted a phaser and made my own at age 8 in 1966.
now I have the real stuff and love it.
I am done collecting because I have ever tos prop they is. so I can say I am done buying..........thank god....lol
You wouldn't happen to have the lost 3 ft miniature of the TOS Enterprise that Roddenberry's son always gets blamed for wrecking it in the family pool do you? Wow, a South Bend electronic refit Enterprise. I had one when I was 9yrs old, wish I had kept it, It was a fairly good representation of the ship for a toy.
I do see you have a lot out of boxes too. I don't know, does this not make me a collector because I don't keep in boxes to go up in price to sell ? I realy love the way you did this video and the music is very moving. AAAA+++++.
I need to make a part 4 because I have aded 25% more then what you will see.
I have what you have. and some more of the higher end. I saw your high end but it needs more video time.
the big difference from you to me is I will not keep mine in boxes. i have a 3 part video of my collection please go see it and tell me what you think.
I want to touch and play with my stuff. I don't want or ever need the money to sell it so why look at a box. when I die someone is getting a very good deal.
I also have to say your video and sound mix was done as a pro. Excellent video
You can go to Blockbuster and rent all of the movies and tv shows. Start with classic Star Trek on DVD. {either the regular or the remastered} Seasons 1,2, and 3. Then watch the movies. One thru six. Star Trek Generations {or ST7} does have Capt Kirk in it, too, But that's everything for the classic crew.
Then if you want you could move onto The Next Gen, DS9, Voyager, and Enterprise. My opinion...don't watch Enterprise.

Yep you probably wouldn't understand a collector like how Spock can't understand Human Emotions.

AAAA+++++.
I need to make a part 4 because I have aded 25% more then what you will see.
jsf525 2 years ago
I have what you have. and some more of the higher end. I saw your high end but it needs more video time.
the big difference from you to me is I will not keep mine in boxes. i have a 3 part video of my collection please go see it and tell me what you think.
I want to touch and play with my stuff. I don't want or ever need the money to sell it so why look at a box. when I die someone is getting a very good deal.
I also have to say your video and sound mix was done as a pro. Excellent video

i want to start watching star treck but i dont know what ordor to watch the movies and episodes in, will someone help me out?
catdogpig334 2 years ago
catdogpig334,
You can go to Blockbuster and rent all of the movies and tv shows.
Good luck and we'll see u in about 2 years. LOL
