  • I really appreciate the subtle undulations and burbling drone of Machida's work with steelpans and Max/MSP. Thanks for posting this.

  • this is great! where can i get a copy?

  • What piece is this and where can I get a hold of it? This is great! I wish there was more non-traditional music for the steel pan.

  • i was under the impression that he would be good. i thought wrong.

  • Thank you for your message.

  • I agree that it's not an impressive piece, but his studio productions are really bewildering.

  • cool video! yes i'm quite attached to the double tenor myself. i play in a steeldrum badn in tri-citsy, washington state, usa. i prefer double tenor over the others. its just fun to play. what kind is that? i have the mannett version of the double tenor. i like it better than the others. they dont seem to make as much sense.

  • Thank you for the message. It's not double. It's single tenor + one of double tenor at the time : )

  • That's good Yoshio.

Check out my video when you have a chance.

    All the best.
