Theres "Health And Safety" and there's common sense unfortunately with this one size fits all policy in the work place i now have to get someone to foot my steps to change a light bulb and thats after ive obtaind a work and heights permit, a method statement and put on my hard hat, protective boots viz jacket and goggles.
Great to hear the local accents, but the direction of this film is appalling!!
If the guy got out the way instead of focing the viewer to stare eyeball to eyeball with him, it might have been slightly more interesting than reading a 'guide to health and safety law at work' manual!
i have had to watch this for homework and find this really boring. it nearly sent me to sleep. this is supposed to be a comedy. wheres the humour plz??? dont think i laughed once at it. WORST CLIP EVER!!!
Great Safety Video....wish we saw this for our work safety stuff - made me laugh........Brilliant phil. now going to see you at our local Comedy event - Cheers!
ROFL. I work in a similar environment as a welder, and I thought he did a good job explaining the various insane aspects of daily worker safety, gotta stay alert and be aware of how the people and equipment around you function or you could get hurt, but, Doesn't mean you can't have a bit of fun realizing how dangerous it is.Sure that propane tank you're carrying could explode or that chopsaw might rip your hand off, but staying alert minimizes those risks.

What an insult - especially to those who need consideration on a daily basis - such as those who would like to see their mums or dads or children or partners come home from work in one piece - Others think that the lives of others are worthless - Safety is something we take seriously.
Well done markieb, I worked in signum, before it mysteriously went on fire, and this is the first time I have seen this video. If Phil kaye had seen what really went on it would have filled his comedy routine for years to come!!

Who the fuck thought this boy is funny enough to be on stage. I would rather buy a big issue than pay to see this worthless cunt.

An excellent video, keeps your interest with just enough levity and gets all the safety points across in a memorable way.
