@combat03 the bouncing is a wave motion and its supposed to add power, not all branches of taekwondo or dojangs teach it

you missed the move in between your 11th and 12th moves where you need to put both hands on your hip, essentially its a chamber but if you dont do it you only get 34 movements in the pattern
