I bought Billy Joel Complete Volume1 in 1994, I imagine it's still available. It includes ALL of Billy's work from 1971 to 1978. Prelude/Angry Man is in there. If you can move your hands fast, then this song is a breeze.

its difficult, it really depends on the kind of piano you have. mine is garbage, so its REALLY hard. the way i do it is while i'm repeating the note, my hands probably come about 6 inches off the keys, allowing enough time for the C to come back up. honestly, you have to make it work for your own piano. or use a keyboard haha.

Nicely done!! Hey, on mine, I built the backing tracks from scratch on my sequencer. When I go out to play live, I have the backing music and backing vocals that I've prerecorded in my studio playing behind me (I rip them into MP3 files and run them through an I-POD on a separate channel from my live keyboard and vocal channels).
