In the case of no 3DTV, I prefer cross eyed viewing with the naked eye in side by side mode, to red/blue anaglyph, because the color is more natural. Now relax a bit and let the center image fall into focus. Don't sit too close to the screen.

The best way to watch is in HTML5 Stereo View with a 3DTV or Nvidia 3Dvision kit. This will allow full color stereoscopic 3D high definition.
2: In anaglyph mode with red/blue glasses.
3: With no equipment using the cross-eyed method. Select side by side view and cross your eyes till 3 screens appear, then look at the middle one.
You can also download videos off the site and open them with Stereoscopic player 1.7.4
