Yo' rudeboys, I need some help. I've had my R4 for a while, but games available as a ROM after a certain date wouldn't work, such as Pokemon PLT, Dementium 2 & MOON. Then a guy told me to download some more recent software. So I did, and I could play these three games. Yet I still had trouble. Moon could suddenly no longer be read, Dementium 2 was still playable but its safe file could never be read and games like Pokemon Blck still can't be played. Do I still have the wrong software? PM please.

You can use 7zip, too. It doesn't need a license for it. It won't open WinRAR archives, but it will open any RAR file.

7Zip typically has a higher compression ratio which is the whole purpose of the program to begin with. Plus, IT'S FREE...and works perfectly! Yeah the ui is a bit light but honestly most people who need this sort of program don't need elaborate icons and a "zipping for dummies" kind of set up. It's simple, lightweight, and extremely effective...and again...FREE! Now what would be one actual legitimate reason to pay for Winrar when this option exists?
