If he has proof that the child ISN'T his, I don't see where the court has a leg to stand on. Same shit happens in Kansas. I have heard it many times. A man and a woman hook-up and live together for 6 months... Guess what, HE now has the full responsibility of any and all children, even though they aren't his and he didn't legally adopt them. Family court system, particularly in Florida, is utterly backward and corrupt. The gender bias is unbelievable. They have thrown homeless men, who lost their jobs in 2008-2009 who had solid track records of CS payment, into prison over child support, claiming the guy is deliberately not looking for work. I've read dozens of stories in the last couple hours and the vast majority originate in Florida. You are a FOOL to get divorced there.

What is going on with our judicial system? The judge allowed the female criminal to victimize not only this man but his entire family. The woman who did this absolutely should be forced to make restitution by having her wages garnished. Prison time would be good for her mind too. If she were to lose her kids then even better. Perhaps they would have more of a chance without a crazy mother.

I don't understand why hospitals and other birthing centers don't do DNA tests on newborns anyway. DNA test should be one of the first tests done on newborns. It would completely get rid of this problem.

When the family court enforces child support orders, they get a cut of the take.

Family court got greedy and starting issuing child support orders to whatever man they can stick it to, even men who are not biological parents of kids are forced to pay. Only to satisfy the family court's greed.

If we want them to do DNA testing at the start, then we have to rise and protest and demand that this is enshrined in law.
