those aren't Octave notes guys, those are three Consecutive half tone notes. They are different then Octaves coz they are not the same notes but rather IU is singing three half tone notes consecutively. where she's singing a note, a half-step up that note, and then the next note. These notes are not octave since they're different notes she's singing.
