first up, Disney Channel Asia airs in Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Brunei, South Korea, and Thailand. therefore, the main language is English.

secondly, why should he have an accent? (x if you ever come to Asia, you'll meet different people of different races and they have different ways of talking. some might have an accent while some don't. (:
