@funkybruiser If your referring to pay gaps, that is due to women generally not wanting high risk jobs (Like construction, firefighting, ect…), and since they mostly avoid those, there’s entire industries that don’t see women setting up at the employment line for those jobs. So there will be a slight pay gap due to women avoidance to those industries, not do to your dilution of “mail run society”.

I realize that men and women function somewhat differently in the working world - but you must realize that's why more women are employed now than men because of the cuts made to construction and so on. They can hide in the safe confines of academia, but when push comes to shove in the real world, they know men need to be there to protect them when the wolves come out of to play.
