If one or two children were sexually assaulted in school, on a sports team, anywhere - there would be consequences and the events would be investigated quickly. And very rightly so. But when over 100,000 people want to confront the Catholic church about the sexual abuse they experienced at the hands of the church, everything is A.O.K. with Bush and he doesn't allow it to go ahead. It's time for an organization like that to face some consequences.

I may be biased because I was raised religiously. I have been agnostic for years and I just have to say that even though people aren't sure about god/don't believe in him doesn't mean you have to put down and mock people that do. When you do that you are doing the same thing that religious people do when they say they will pray for you. You might not believe in it or agree, vice versa but you can respect other peoples faith or lack of.

That would depend on which God you serve. The God of the Bible commands and encourages prayer. It's kind of silly, therefore, to imply that said commands would derail God's plan. --Paul
