Slow down the frame rate to like 15-29 Frames Per Second, it will come out with better quality, and you will have a slower paced video. (I think)

hey kilx... what frame rate do you set ur vids? i set my first box to 15 and the second box to 29.... but its toooo fast...

30 and 30 is pretty good, the videos take up a lot of comp space though.
