some flying for outside, I remeber the first time i took my lama outisde LOL i flew up to about 3rd floor height then a gust of wind hit it and she went straight into the ground, i have no clue how its still working lol. the body is a little broken but yea lol some missing teeth too LOLL!!
I am amazed with pple who can fly coaxes outside in wind.. they are stable, but in hover and no wind... quite a skill to make them behave in "adverse weather conditions" - read - slight breeze ;)
When it gets to a certain height, and the breeze catches it do u find it just tilts sideways,is uncontrollable and then crashes, as this is what mine does, and im not sure why ,as it does this when there seems to be very little wind! I think they are quite unpredictable outside.
I believe that is it, the wind... I am waiting for my aluminum parts and extreme blades. Also, I do not believe this was "unsavable" I think with more skill and especially with more altitude I could have probably saved it - but not amongst houses, if flying over an open area I think it would be doable. Hope to have movies to prove it in the future ;)
dudes easy to fly in the wind just chuck a penny in the nose works a treat

I just shortened the stock one, and added the small weights from my honeybee FP to keep the originlas from falling off.

pieces of the blades ;) damaged 3 out of 4 ;)

I blame the wind! But all that broke were the blades.. all 4 of them ;)
And it was a controlled landing! I was at the controls! :) That is the way I have seen someone comment their own crash on heliguy or rcgroups ;)
