I used it today and it did its job. We had about 20-25 cm and it blew that snow. Tried to unscrew and it was dying so I turned it back clockwise and it worked without any choke. Be carefull, it's very sensitive and you do not need to turn it much. So, closing it will make it richer like it says on the schematic.
That's what I thought, thanks. On the little schematic they say to screw it in to make it richer which is strange. I will first try to turn it out like you said and see what happens.

turn out the bottom screw until it runs without choke
