Normally I like your demo videos, but I think this one is deceptive. This is a clean EQ pedal only, and produces no distortion, overdrive or fuzz on its own. Most of the adjustments you make produce a distorted, overdriven sound which results from putting a bass through a guitar amp and overloading it with bass signal, not from the pedal itself. Sure you can do that, but it's not a very good demonstration of what the pedal will do for most people when they plug it in. Otherwise, good job.
@fallbreaks I never claimed it made distortion by itself but when you crank the pedal volume to 11, it will distort anything you plug it into! Listen to guitar parts as well... it reacts the same way. It sounds like a cool boost pedal in that setting.
@alvicious I am playing a Fender Princeton Reverb amp, even with the bass. It's usually at about 3 and just about to breakup on its own. The natural lower frequencies of the bass made it breakup easier than with guitar... but I believe even with a solid-state amp, this will produce some nice ratty, fuzzy tones when you crank the knobs on the pedal.
@alvicious I own one of these. The Linden is a Baxandall tone-stack EQ as found on classic Ampeg, Magnatone & Orange amps. It doesn't make any distortion/drive/fuzz of it's own. It's just a flexible, clean EQ with a volume knob. In the video they're using it as a bass boost to overload a low-wattage tube guitar amp, which is one possible use, but a little misleading in my opinion.
@DerEchteBold Thank you! It is a bummer that the anonymity of the internet can bring out the worst in some people. It's more than likely the same guy every time who does this occasionally that just doesn't like us for whatever reason. We just take it as it comes and roll with the punches. There is way more positive here than negative!
it's funny you mention the "anonymity of the internet", cause recently i read of a research which showed that the content of comments written anonymous usually have more depth and value

that is a really good gainy bass tone, is that the amp being pushed or could you get that tone withthis infront of a solid state amp?

@alvicious its a fender twin reverb, all the sound is probably coming from the pedal

It's the time of the season for David to play bass! :) Some great sounds out of both bass and guitar on this one! Excellent demo!

what jerk dislikes demo-videos? (especially when they have this quality)
with all the new crappy stuff utube is trying to do, they rather should consider removing that darn "thumbs down" button
on principle - Thumbs up!
