  • Scott Hall wasn't even 287lbs. More like 225-230lbs. In his earlier days when he looked like a porn star he was around 250lbs.

  • Kinda hard not to get teary eyed watching Owen in the ring. Man, I miss those days so much.

  • thanks for posting

  • Razor Barone retains the belt!

  • This wasn't Stampede Wrestling. This was a show put together by the Harts in 1995 as a celebration for Stu's 50 years in wrestling and featuring many former Stampede stars, but it also featured many WWF stars. It was just an unaffiliated celebratory wrestling card.

  • So great!

  • I hated him when i watched him wrestle as a child... but feel bad for what happend.

  • Owen Hart was one of those guys who did everything right. Just a shame we lost him so tragically

  • Im sorry your dead Owen, but if your gonna do something stupid like fall from the rafters then what do you expect man, what do you expect. I know you cant reply man but what you did was stupid.

  • @bazfanv2 ..I think calling him stupid is a bit strong, but I do agree with your sentiment. What bothers me is this...Owen supposedly turned down an angle, where he and Debra were to be love interests of sorts, because he didnt want to offend his wife. Yet, he accepted an gimmick where he was putting his life in danger every night. Shows how being pussy whipped can severely impair logic and good sense. The stuff with Debra would have been harmless. Being the Blazer was not...

  • @flipgood89 Owen put his heart and soul into his job for the fans. He wanted the Blue Blazer to be a character kids could look up to, so that's why he did the gimmick. Who cares if he was pussy whipped or not, he's allowed to accept any role he wants. How about honoring his memory instead of trying to call him out...

  • @zzDzCzCzz ....my point is that he was putting his life in danger by descending from the rafters, which he chose to do over engaging with Debra in a days of our lives type soap opera angle, for fear of what his wife might think. I have the utmost respect for Owen and his life, but you dont see how those are misplaced priorities?

  • @flipgood89 Hey man, I agree with that, but you cant say that man, you weren't there..and furthermore, if you worked for the WWE and Vince told you "hey man, this would be a good idea, that is, if you want to keep your job...Its Vince McMahon dude! what do you expect...Shawn Michaels did the same thing..and really man? your going to say this shit on an Owen Hart Stampede video thread? cmon man, I quetion your respect for Owen. NOBODY is at fault for what happened bro..

  • @PinchinTheBear and just to add, even if you were to blame someone, the only person you could blame is the Set-up crew or the ring crew (whoever may have screwed up in deciding that was a good idea..and who REALLY knows if it was Owen of Vince or whoever...if you have some grounds to SHOW me who made the decision, please, show me the proof..

  • @zzDzCzCzz Exactly! Well said, my friend....

  • @bazfanv2 How about you keep your disrespectful comments to yourself? No cares if it was right or wrong, a man died and all you care about is if it was "stupid" or not? Shameful.

  • Does the commentator have a clothespin on his nose?

  • Ramon won this match with that sorry referee's help.

  • always loves you OWEN always you were truly awesome <3

  • 95% of wrestlers now would be too stupid to instantly take the broken rope and choke the face.

  • Razor Ramon beat Bob Backlund in WM9 the same way... hes beat the wrestler with wrestling

  • Been said a million times already, Hall was probably the best big man in the business, at least when he was at the top of his game. Great match.

  • haha razor barone ed whalen was great.

  • its fake dumbo

  • great match

  • 0:00-0:37 :( Owen He is so missed....

  • scott hall was getting his ass kicked in this match

  • dude scott hall was a tall and built dude. he didn't have just a built upper body and then chicken legs. u have to take into account how tall he is, yes he looks lean but muscle weighs more than fat. undertaker weighs "303 lbs" he is way smaller than scott hall back then.

  • @Kn0cked0wt why have you copy and pasted the same exact thing BAULMOVEMENT wrote?

  • @809Ollie He's just a putz, that can't come up with decent enough comments, to get any "thumbs up" on them.

  • Scot Hall is a great wrestler and man anyone says different don't know shit period

  • these two are the greatest wrestlers never to be world champion

  • @NationOfMasturbation Owen Hart did held the USWA United world heavyweight title so did Hall for that same title. Hall also held the WWC Universal heavyweight title.

  • @MacDrewbert yeah, Im sure he meant WWE...But you are right about what you are saying for sure...and thank you for the info man...I LOVE USWA man..Great stuff, gotta love the USWA Sportatorium matches :D

  • @NationOfMasturbation I agree...(okay okay I have to say it) WE ARE THE NATION, OF MASTURBATION! duh duhn duhn dunt! LOL :D (sorry man, I had to, and Im sure this isnt the first time lol)

  • Oy Mi Chico: It is De Bad Guy, Da Razza, eh, last name Rrrraahhmohon (Ramon).

  • Awesome match!

  • probably still was around 265 or so. isn't Hall about 6'6" or so? he had one of the best tall, lean and fit bodies i've ever seen for a wrestler! not overly bulked up like a lot of wrestlers were in those days!!

  • @MrManfly he was in his WCW stint, but he obviously shrunk down

  • Fuck you haters, Hall is the man. faggots,

  • your an idiot

  • dude scott hall was a tall and built dude. he didn't have just a built upper body and then chicken legs. u have to take into account how tall he is, yes he looks lean but muscle weighs more than fat. undertaker weighs "303 lbs" he is way smaller than scott hall back then.

  • @BAULMOVEMENT yea it's a shame he let himself go the way he has man. that was hall in his prime. he put on a lil bit of weight in wcw but still maintained himself to a degree but then the problems started. i'm sure he regrets it. kinda like dynamite kid. it's weird for me to see him how he is now compared to what he was back then because dynamite was a freaking beast back in the day.

  • @mindchanger912 ...its more than letting himself go. Hall is an addict, which is a mental disease. The recklessness that made Dynamite such an amazing performer, in his prime, are the same things that ended it. Once he became a slave to steroids and pain pills, his career was on borrowed time...His body literally blew up...why he's currently confined to a wheelchair.

  • @BAULMOVEMENT Yeah I agree with that for sure...Scott hall back in the day was ridiculously big, you can tell he is in better condition than what he was then...after his AWA matches (mind you that was pretty well the beginning of Hall's career), but in AWA he would lose his wind by the end of the match, and could barely cut a promo afterwords...I take NOTHING away from Hall's ability, he was the MAN....

  • Ed Whalen is funny.

  • Two very talented guys.

  • Scott Hall got a pretty good welcome. That's how it was when the WWF came to town. Even the heels got a standing ovation because we were so excited to see the WWF stars in person. We only booed them when the match started.

  • Razor was and is the best.

  • razor maron is scott hall

  • 9:09 Announcer: Razor Maron

  • I own a copy of this card which I bought online. The card was:

    Chris Benoit vs Rad Radford

    123 Kid vs Keith Hart

    Bad Company vs The Funks

Bret Hart (WWF champion) vs Davey Boy

  • This must have been from 1995 considering Owen's king of hearts atire and razor's atire - also taking into account it does say 80th something or other stu hart, which you would assume is his 80th bday - he was born in 1915 but then why is titled "stampede wrestling" - Stampede was closed in '89 until '99 when it reopended for a few years

  • it refers to the Calgary Stampede.

  • This was a special card to celebrate Stu Hart's 80th birthday. You're right it's from 1995 (December 15, to be exact). What made this card interesting is that despite it being a predominantly WWF card WCW allowed Chris Benoit (who had just signed with them) and Brian Pillman to compete there as well. The undercard actually featured a WCW vs. WWF match as Benoit defeated the WWF's Rad Radford

  • Owen Hart's fahter owned Stampede Wrestling, which was sold to the WWF/McMahon, including contracts for the Hart Brothers.

  • you would know bc you were there giving it to patterson up the ass?

  • one phone call and u end up at the bottom of the ocean.

  • Get the fuck out of here with that gay shit.

  • Shawn sucked off Vince to get into the wwf

  • the harts are like a big rasslin

    cult

  • As I said, this is from 1995.

  • Thanks for posting this; brought back a lot of memories of Stampede Wrestling. Wish Vince would put out some videos of Stampede.

  • Bret and Martha Hart hold most footage actually featuring the Harts which leaves guys like Benoit, Dymnamite and Pillman who WWE for the most part ignores. The DVD would have to have footage of Bret, Dynamite, Owen, Benoit, Pillman, Andre and Davey Boy to sell. Plus the footage isn't really good quality by WWE's dvd standards. I would love to see a history of Stampede dvd but sadly it may never come

  • someone should do a dvd on all the territories I know some already have but I am in the same boat you are here in oregon I wish they would do a dvd on Portland/big time wrestling as I guess it was known as in canada but sadly there is only a about a hundread hours of video from the old promotion.

  • I am not a nugget!!! luv ya owen

  • @pqh32 Owen was NEVER a Nugget, I always hated when people say that, he was a talented wonderful man.. He is missed :( RIP <3 you Owen

  • @BaleLover32 i know he was talented wrestler he one of my favorites u sit there u think i was being disrespectful u are wrong its a catch phrase he was an a entertainer when he was a heel he entertain us to be one of the best heels on wwf if i say a catch phrase from mr perfect rick rude or british bulldog am i wrong. I love Owen n I hope he get the HOF being he deserve it than half of those guys who in it

  • Uh, no, asshole, it was 1995.

  • This took place in early 1996

  • This was in 1995, and was held to celebrate Stu's 50 years in wrestling. It was NOT a Stampede card, even though it took place in Calgary with Ed Whalen.

  • If it was to celebrate his 50th year, wouldn't it have taken place in 1996? Stu Hart started in 1946.

  • Those 2 should be in the smackdown game

  • Now after seeing the 1-2-3 Kid try to interfere, this makes me think it was mid 1995, after the Kid's turn to the Million Dollar Corporation.

  • Was this 1994?

  • when was this? bizarre seeing ed whalen comment on a non stampede match involving Scott Hall.

  • Stu Hart would have turned 80 in 1995, so I'm guessing some time then

  • Little bit of ridicule here!

  • HEY YO!!!! r.i.p owen
