Some great covers have been made and samples have been, and this is one of them. I am sure that it was done 100% legally. Ton & Sergio made an awesome album in 1971 with the song, Vou Sair Do Cativeiro on it. Then in 2009 NASA, RZA, Barbie Hatch and the Fru sampled it and made another work of art out of it. There are no lies, and no plagiarism.
