This moments are great for a lot of things. u gain an special experience. u get time to meditate things and to understand a lot of stuff. i have broken both knees ligaments and got surgery with screws for both, and had to stop flips for almost a year for each knee.. but i dont regret it. today i feel a lot more wiser and skillfull than before. Its very important that u pay atention to this moment, and make it valuable not only training other stuff, but training ur spirit. Wish u the best. -Gil
1. learn your handstand against the wall, jus to learn your balance
2. if know your balance... start walking :-)
3. keep doing that.. till you don't have to use the wall just to get a handstand
