I just followed your instructions to the word, and this is not the correct way to install the system if you are even moderately tall ... you may get stuck with too short a setup. Beware of the slick production, and do some modeling first. Extend the inner slide as close to the bulkhead as possible if you're tall, then tighten the cable.

Also: The wild. sys. rudder for this boat is made from pretty cheap plastic. I'm surprised given that control of the craft can be a matter of life and death. Boo

Fantastic overview! Written instructions that come with the rudder are absolutely worthless! It's great to refer to video while installing the rudder! Thanks!
