In most of this vid he is riding with bruised ribs, a broken finger, a black eye. water on the knee, hematoma on his elbow and a chipped tooth. But we wre in Shanghai, the biggest skatepark in the world and our time was limited. So NATO padded up and kept riding. He was only 12 at the time and most of this video is him. @ReggiePreston It depends. I am using the original here but the Feather Light and the conVert are tougher. ConVert is really fast abd great for vert and stalls and things. the FeatherLight is way light and great for pop tricks. But onVert does well at street and the FeatherLight does well on Vert. They are both great. sorry i couldnt help more

hey i have question with my timberwolf i have been practicing the spinning but the wheels switch sides and it ends up messing up . so my question is are those boards made special? if not give me a tip.

@lovesyajess No those boards are standard. After the spin let some weight off each caster in turn starting with the back one and the casters will orient. Just a quick shift of weight will do. I'm no skater or anything, but, it looks like it's a lot harder to land a flip trick on this thing than on a skateboard. Other than that, it looks like it has a lot more mobility than a skateboard. Y'all think this could make normal skateboards a thing of the past?

I think it is like a snowboard is to skis or inline to skates. I dont think skateboarders will stop skateboarding just like most skiers didn't stop skiing. As this new generation grows up though there will be more and more casterboarders. Although there will always be skateboarders just as there will always be skiiers.

Thanks very much, fyi a Ripstik is a brand name. There are many caster boards, Ripstik is one of them. Most of them have casters that fall under the same Korean Patent. This is a caster board but it has USA designed Rock and Roll caster design that allows bidirectional propulsion. Thank you again for your encouragement. It means alot

This seems to be easier to ride in a skatepark because its wheels go all directions. the ripstik gets stuck sometimes going up hill. this can also keep you more level to the ground.

I really want to get into Casterboarding. I've ridden the ripstick and really liked it. Im not really good enough to do many tricks yet. (just a 180 spin) What advantages does the timberwolf board have over the others besides the multi-direction. is it more stable? does it have a wider turn? faster?

you should check out t e site but I'll try to answer in this small space. Its got pop from the urethane lifters and the Fiberglass/UHMW torsion bar. Its not rigid like hard plastic so when you put force to it it responds more lively. That makes it faster. It also makes landings for like off curbs and stuff more comfortable. It has better grip. It has different parts you can put onseparately and dont need a new board it to adjust the performance. If a part does break you can buy eac h part

or there are different parts you can put on. It has more room for your feet . It is lighter so its faster and less tiresome. Once you ride this old casterboards will seem slow and sluggish and stiff. It turns better and you can do more tricks. its got a maple board which is replacable, lighter has better concave and is more responsive. The wheels are 80mm rather than 76mm so they make it faster and makes it easier to roll over things. the wheels are harder too which also makes it faster.

Just got my board 2 days ago. The quality can't be emphasized enough, this is a real board not a toy! The casters are faster and smoother than any other board I've ridden. I haven't tried going backwards yet, this will require practice. I did take it to the skatepark this morning and without the Bones Reds it's faster than any ripstick or wave. The torsion bar design is genius in it's simplicity. I'm sure this board will take me to the very limits of my ability!
