@TheOmosi in Chinese, bok choy is 白菜, baicai while cabbage is also 白菜。

I wonder if the cabbage that I have and the cabbage that you used taste the same. ( The one that I have looks almost like lettuces)

Your right but the cabbage you used may have a different taste and texture from the American cabbage (i think) that we use here
Yes, they are different in taste and texture. Sometime I can not find this one, I use other kind, or iceberg, or savory cabbage.
i must try tofu one day - i hear its very popular in Japan, China, i know its a good source of protein. I am not a vegetarian but this food looks eyecatching. Thankyou for your time and effort to make and explain to us how to cook these foods.
