i 'll never understand why music, i mean real music, with all its meaning, has been forgotten, why people have stopped listening to it and instead they turn to the mainstream "listening" stuff. cause it is not music. it is just listening. pathetic, uninspiring, not vibrant, not energetic. come on, why is mtv music better than this?
@PoisonedandTwisted Personally I don't think it's up to anyone judge if music is good or bad; even the mainstream stuff takes effort to be created. What bothers me is that people hardly ever have the chance to listen to something different, because they don't have a lot of possibilites presented to them. For example, I showed my friend who likes Hannah Montana a song by Rasputina and she said "Wow, that's pretty good!" I'm sure that if people tried to listen to other music, they'd like it.
