  • Ehu...

    I do not understand

  • Looked kind of real! Everything was all good and then .... shit happens just like in real life lol

  • Autsch - well it crashed like the original helicopter of the series. After using for the series the real helicopter was sold to Germany and used as a rescue helicopter but was destroyed in a crash.....

  • reformed hahaha

  • ouch !!!

  • If you buy plastic rotor head parts, instead of anodized aluminum, then you can afford a 3-axis gyro!

  • that was really funny could you do it again after you rebuild it hahahahahahaha

  • spell check: fenix = phoenix.OK got that, time to crash again, let's go fly. LOL

  • i mean not the helicopter but the crash

  • mmmmm terrible

  • What you really need is a teetering hinge on the head and flapping hinges on the grips. These are what a real two blade helicopter have. The teetering hinge allows the heli to sway in relationship to the rotor disk and helps balance any dis-symmetry of lift. The flapping hinges allow the blades some upward movement. Rc heli's don't have these parts which is why the require some sort of stabilization whether mechanical like flybars or electrical like gyros.

  • @seiroph Yes, fully articulating rotor heads are rather versatile and responsive. However, larger full-scale helis often do incorporate stabilization devices. And, smaller full-scale helis incorporate living/breathing gyros, also known as the pilot....

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • That suck's , hope it's ok ?

  • I thought this was way bigger...

  • Are those flybarred blade grips? The geometry looks terrible. Even with stabilization it would be tough to fly, wouldn't it?

  • @ninepound

Hi...the blade grips are the old ones ( with flybar heads), isn't difficult to fly in no wind or calm days, but with moderate winds is not easy at all.

Take a look at my videos, lot of helis 450 size flybarless without satbilization, even this one in a video two months after crash, same heli in a nice scale flight.

  • @krumrick2 Yeah, for sure. Using no stabilization certainly isn't impossible. Although usually people that don't use stabilization put on 4 blade heads to help tame it a bit. I'm certain my thumbs wouldn't be fast enough to control a two bladed like yours.

  • @krumrick2 por que mas bien no se jalan la piola entre los dos.....

  • SHIT! EMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @twineofdeath33

    heheh shit happens rsrsr

  • Was the pilot ok

  • @tyrekickingwetdreame

    Yepp...it's Ok ! now rsrsrs

  • Das

  • It would be badass if you could replicate the sound of the turbo jets kicking in.

  • @daemonwulfe

thats it's a good idea for a future Airwolf project, that and the working guns is possible in a bigger one!

  • Looks pretty... to bad it just sets there.

  • @wolfgangsoftware

thanks...but after this video I made a new one with this heli flying pretty well, take a look at my channel !

  • Will check er out, please send me the link to the flight. Just messin with ya on the video. I love airwolf, I still watch it on netflix even though its a stupid show. I get tired of the lighting effects. I wish I was a better pilot. I would love to have a replica body for my RC heli but Im sure it would bust up to fast. Yes, my worst crashes are when I come in backwards. Ive learned to flip right around when I see that coming but if I dont have any altitude then its by by tail rotor.

  • @wolfgangsoftware

    Hi Wolfgang.

What link did you want ?...I barely watch the Airwolf shows, I prefer the Blue Thunder one !...Btw...working in my Blue Thunder right now !

  • Did you remove the guide pins near the middle of the head? What exactly causes the upper swashplate to rotate? It seems like the blade links... which is bad.

  • @kDubuya

Nooo...I modified the Follower to avoid that swashplate rotation !

  • I learned to fly on a GMP Cricket with no gyro at all, a long time ago. Had a LOT of crashes. Nice repair.

  • @21313334

Yepp...that is nice, I love to have one of these old helicopters, put to fly and make a good video about, thats is my dream and maybe a future project for 2012.

  • No flybar and no gyro or flybarless unit? I'm surprised the flight even lasted that long.

  • @ApacheArmament69

but was not the reason of the crash, even without FBL unoit this is nice to fly in NO WIND CONDITIONS, really smooth and predictable.

The problem was an cheap bad servo ( elevator servo, note in the video how the heli drop on tail).

  • @ApacheArmament69 You missed a point, The 3 axis gyro permit flying even unstable blades. 30 years ago, Kavan was selling flybarless head and it was flying without even a good gyro for the tail. The stability of the blades is necessary, not the 3 axis gyro. I fly multiblades heads on 4 helis (450 and 500) without any 3 axis gyro and they fly well, but must needs to be flown all the time.

  • @gaetanboiv

Indeed you are 100% right, almost all the stability factor depend on blades !

  • love the close ups of the model from 2 mins. if i didnt know better, id thought it was the real thing

  • Time to improvise.

  • Awsome repair job. I thinks it looks better than b4 the crash.

  • At least it looked cool as hell

  • Comment removed

  • Nice repair...

    good job !!

  • @Jool2metz

Thanks...but, you know, is't not difficul when you start to do this kind of repairs !.

  • @krumrick2 hey man what counts is you sorted the problem out and got it back in the air as good as new thats more important than how good you fly. well done mate.

  • The problem was simple, you didn't play the theme song while launching.

  • No problem, we are here, ok?

  • Pronto pra voar novamente e quebrar novamente! rsrsrs.

  • @sevirinu

Opppaaaa...com certeza vai acontecer....cedo ou tarde, mas vai hehehe!!

  • Crash!!! crash!!! crash!!! 0:48 hahhahahahah!!!

  • @azezrtyuuiopqsdfghjk why would you laugh at that you moron

  • @gubber123456 Hahahaah i love crashes. How bigger the how better the crash. you must know that because you are also a bigger moron hahahah!

  • JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJ

  • The first pic looks like a real size heli O_o

  • hi mate...fantastic fix again well done...what would be a good retract system for an airwolf 600 size heli.thot i'd ask as you seem to be a pro at this.thanks

  • @gubber123456

    thanks mate !!!.

And yess, take a look in my videos in my channel, I have an 600's size Nitro Airwolf with a custom retracts really scale.

I have tools to make that parts...

    Manuel

  • What did you use to repair the fibreglass body?

    Nice job by the way...

  • @DavesRCChannel

    hi Dave,

Nice question, usually I use only Thin CA Glue with Fiver Cloth ( light grade one), as well I use the CA Acelerator, when the damage ( or modification) is large then I use Epoxi Resin and fiver cloth high grade ( thick cloth).

After repair the damage in the small areas I use Medium CA with the Acelerator then sand to make a new strong and nice surface ready to paint, this is a fast way fast to do !!!.

  • lol i thought its gona be a real helicopter:D

  • @peterscoop

    Thanks Peter,

Take a look at my channel, lotr of cool videos with better detailed helis.

    regards,

    Manuel

  • @krumrick2 your models are incredibly cool, must be fun to fly them! i wish you all the best:)

  • @peterscoop

Thanks Peter, I appreciate your words !!!

I love scale helis, I really enjoy build...modify...make parts Etc Etc.

Actually i'm working building scale helis, is my way to test my ideas without need to expend lot of money in my own helis ( i'm poor for that rsrsr!)

    Cheers,

    Manuel

  • DANG

  • Fool!!!

Learn first fly with the hardware and then later, very long time later if you fly better, make then a cool body!!!

  • sorry man!

  • @chippi09

...No need...is all OK!, was a good experience repair after the crash. In my channel there is another long video in flight a month before this crash, flew really nice.

Don't forget subscribe to my channel, need your support to post news every 15 days.

    Best regards,

    Manuel

  • Oh men that was cool.

  • aw... but you did a nice job on the fuselage, hey have you tried helicom on flybarless? just wanted to know!

  • So how much did that set you back, money wise ?

  • Dude, you obviously were not skilled enough.

  • @rockinar

You are so cruel, you hurt my feelings....

  • FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!!

  • MY GOD!!!!!! YOU SUCK!!!!!!!

  • @stigie88

You are bad !!!!!!!!! you don't respect my grieve !!!

  • @stigie88 Dude the vid sez he had a bad servo & u can tell it's a mechanical problem right before he hit the ground.

  • @FantasticBob7000

The servo broken in the fall, was not the problem, I just put a new Speed an all went well before, I have another video in flight, and you can see is all ok, even in fast forward flight...

  • LOL I ALMOS PISSED MYSELF!!!!!!!

  • @Chansaux

hahhahaa!!! I know the feeling, trust me !!

  • give it a rocket engine turbo

  • @ALLERTORLOVER69

    I want too !!! hahahaha!!.

  • @krumrick2 today on the news.local rc pilot whos name is unknown to me's helicopeter exceeds 200mph and flys through some bodys house.

"it wasnt my idea"he said"some guy whos on you tube told me to give it a rocket engine turbo" LOL

    just joking around.

  • @ALLERTORLOVER69

WOWWW... it's real that guy said....200 mph ???...have more details about this

  • dude, what´s a fenix?

  • @cdrfreak

Hi...Fenix means "Phoenix", it's spelled in Portuguese or Spanish, but some times is used in English language too!.

  • u took the fial well...im easily angered....this video would have been removed had i been in it and pissed off XD

  • @krumrick2 I know its not the sorta comment appreciated here, and seriously, good job on the repairs but...

    ITS SPELLED PHOENIX

  • @BlackMetalWarewolf

I do not bother at all, in fact I always try to improve my english, but some times I make mistakes like everybody.

  • @krumrick2 im just saying is all, sorry if i offended you.

  • @BlackMetalWarewolf

Don't worry, i'm not offended at all, seriously !.

and thanks for your comment about the repairs.

  • @BlackMetalWarewolf why you test it with the plastic body on it? isnt it smarter to test it without? still awsome airwolf!

  • @Carta82

It was tested before, just appear a new problem on it after put the body, we never know when this kind of bad thing will happen.

  • @krumrick2 My mistake thought this was the test ;)

  • skilled repair indeed.

  • kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • Hi. Thank you for your advice. My next scale helicopter will be an Align 500 Airwolf. It wil take many weeks to be ready to fly. Best regards.

  • Beautiful Airwolf an very good job on repairs. I am planning to buy one Airwolf fuselage from Align for my T-Rex 500 ¿What do you think?¿Can you recommend any other Airwolf fuselage for this size? Thanks.

  • @Flight1142

    Hi

There are only two fuselages that I recommend, The Align Airwolf 500 and the HeliArtist .This two are very similar , exelent quality, really nice scale fuselage for this size.

  • GREAT REPAIR SKILLS!!!!!

  • lolololol UAHuehaUHEUAhueaHUEHAuehauHEAuehaU OWNED AheauHEAUhueaHUEAHuehuaHE NEWBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • dossent the missing flybar make effect on the plane ?

or makes flybar it just easier 2 fly ?

  • @feldmuis

    Hi

The flybar help in stability, but you can bypass with some mechanics adjust and modifications in the blades (weight and CG).

Subscribe to my page to see more flybarless than any other site.

  • @krumrick2

ok ill surely will subscribe :D i cant learn enough of rc helicopters :D

  • Love the mods you made to that fuselage and excellent job on the repairs.

  • @rchelopilot there is more to come, this is a project in progress....

  • THAT SUCKS!!! I love Airwolf. I love this heli. That actually HURT to see that happen. And that just sucks! Hope that damage wasn't all too bad and you're able to get her up and flying quickly.

  • @CrazyHeliDude Hi Crazy Dude. I love Airwolf to ( I want a bigger one, maybe a 90 size or more), the heli is already repaired and flying like a charm.

    Btw...I like your channel.

  • Sorry about your heli but nice job on the repairs :-)

  • @1BLADESHY Hi Bladeshy....don't bother, I finished the repairs and the heli is flying again, tomorrow I will post a nice video in flight.

    cheers
