Love your brewery and the dog too. Putting the dog in the mash tun after the grains are finished is about the funniest thing I ever seen in brewering. Brew Strong Brother. Wish I could sample yours next to mine.

The beer was great, and kicked butt! The wine was an acceptable first try. I'm always happy to try more samples.....

The beer turned out to be 7.5% alc/vol and had excellent taste. The dog likes to eat the spent grain.
