The fact that CWB causes varying numbers of hits dependant upon range and that it can be used when you don't have enough MP to really use it are the key things to see here. Fire it from the back of the arena and you won't get the *best evar* minigame.

For me, I would activate the Urn of Olympus and fried Theseus's ass with Crono's Rage, he couldn't do nothing even when he's on top... Can't even summon minotaurs... I've ever purposely 'lose' the mini game I didn't even bother to press O, Kratos will just kick the door with Theseus's face in it... Either way, Kratos OWNS!!!
