Just to answer the repetitive questions of "what anime is this?" and "what's deculture?": This is from the mecha anime Macross Frontier (a sequel to the show that Robotech took its best scenes from), and deculture is the Zentradi (giant humanoid alien species) equivalent of "OMG!".
