@Achilles94627 Rankings mean NOTHING. Until she wins a Grand Slam tournament, she can spend all the time in the world ranked #1 and it won't mean one darned thing. I hope she wins one soon, but I do not think she can beat Clisters, or Serena when Serena's healthy.

Actually (and I say this as someone who really is not a fan of Caroline), rankings mean a whole lot. When history recalls top players, the weeks spent at no1 are a very important element. Now I fully agree that she is not the best there is, due to the fact that other top players prioritise other things than tennis. But, that lack of commitment is part of it all. The same way if one player trains more than another.
Anyway, rankings certainly do not mean "nothing".

Her parents are both Polish people, who moved to Denmark, dude. My wife is a Polish Beauty as well, but she was born in US.
