If you time the video yourself you find out that the first person through took closer to 12sec (not 11sec). That puts average speed of the fastest Skyline at about 150kmh. That's assuming the car the reporter is in has speedo error of a few percent (cars are required by law to be correct or read slightly lower by up to 5%, usually it is 3-4% low). The reporter couldn't use the GPS to accurately measure speed in a tunnel.

Thats where hoons will go first choice, not on the streets.

@KPAracing There are some tracks available for people which require a CAMS or AASA licence which only cost $50, but for certain sports like drifting its only once a month thing but yerh a new track would be good
