Interesting concept however I suspect seeing as how white people make up less than one tenth of the worlds population. I suspect this plan since those people who live on two dollars a day are not white, the vast majority of the population that sound as though will be perishing will be non white. Ive seen reports of race specific biological weapons being developed and the terrible treatment of non white people for sooo long. This plan is a hoax to eliminate as many non white people as possible.
