funny thing is, we keep hearing Sony drones go on and on about NASCAR and Rally racing being in GT5, yet each year consistently those games sell Horribly on the 360/ps3.

no one likes to race on an oval which is why EA's NASCAR game tanks each year and as far as Rally racing, code masters blows the doors off Polyphony any day.

I know they used in-game, but i feel that the trailer was rendered just like how PD is releasing screenshots of gt psp that look extra good. the psp can render that footage, but it can't do it in-game. i dont know whats been going on, but ill tell you what i think:

the way i see it, sony, and by ownership, polyphony digital, have made many unful-filled promises in the past, and whether they "confirm" it or not, i wont believe anything they say, until i see it in actual gameplay, and the only gameplay ive seen/played from GT5 is the prologue, and that was a very poor showing indeed.

and before you say "dont knock a game you dont own", i own the prologue, and feel it is very boring indeed.

GT5 will be out this fall or by march 2010. too bad we had 3 AAAs --KZ2, MLB, Infamous and 3 more this year --Uncharted 2, ratchet 2 and Demon souls. on the other hand all games on x360 flopped this year and it has only flopza 3 for 2009 . However flopza 3 isnt half as good as NFS which will outsell it all over the world.

GT series has had 7 games if you count the Prologues so of course it sold that many any game that hasnt afteer that must suck. GT5p has sold more than any of them probably because its a download. much more accesable than going out to buy a game. and i was commenting to that guy above me. and meant nothing by what i said i love the GT series and hope this whole stupid fanboy thing would just end.
