  • Thank you I just made this and it was SO good!

  • Help!!! how to make the Kelp noodle soft??????

  • @perulit29 lemon and sea salt mixed with kelp noodles for 10 minutes! enjoy mate

  • I have a deep & true respect for people who feed their children real food like this instead of buying the cheapest & easiet shit they can find & loading their kids with it while they sit in front of the tv all day. Your kids actually LIKE this food. That's seriously amazing. What's more important, the health & growth of the children that you put into this world or your time & money? Isn't that what your time & money should go to? thank god. We need more kids who like basil & garlic & lemons.

  • thank you for sharing, your family is adorable.

  • Loved this show, Kevin & Annmarie! Even after 3+ years high-raw I have yet to try kelp noodles. You made them look delicious and less "scary" lol! Thanks so much for sharing.

    Big Hugs,

    ~tracy

  • I have yet to try kelp noodles, I usually make my noodles from zucchini with a spiral slicer. Will try for sure. The kids are awesome!

  • THAT BOY IS SOOO ADORABLE!!!!

  • I just got my shippment of Kelp noodles yesterday, YAY!!! I ordered a case from the Tangle Noodle Company, so I'll have it for a while. There were 12, 12oz. packages per case. I did this cause I miss pasta so much. Well, I just finished my delicious Pad Thai salad. Its from Ani Phyo's You Tube video. It was sooooooooo good. One package is 3 servings but I ate 2/3 of it! LOL

Next up I will make AnnMarie's Pesto Recipe. Great thing about Kelp noodles is they have iodine which boosts the metab.

  • that bowl is sharred between 4 of you? wow that looks like my snack lol.

  • Could you add some cashew cheese to give it a cheesy pesto -like flavor?

  • The little boy is too cute!

  • ~*i love fresh basil! Its also scrumptious in a peach or nectarine & tomato salad with white balsamic vinegar dressing ~yum!!

  • Kelp noodles mmmmmmmm!!! Yes!!

They aren't available in stores in Regina Sk Canada..so i have to always order them online...can get quite pricey..

I make 'em with a red curry made with young coconuts and spice :)

  • Adorable, Kevin and Annmarie! You two are going to be awesome parents when the time is right for you both! :-)

    *blows kisses*

    XOXOXO

  • Hello again, have two qusetions;

1, are kelp noodels agar agar / kanten

2, do the above grow looking like this(noodels) or are these noodles procecced?

I am not finding info on the net... please reply hear if you can help me with my two questions, thank you :)

  • Hello, I love this recipe, thank you... I must tell you that for me the timing of this show could not be better .. It was only 2days ago that i saw this type of seaweed in the store... I wondered what to do with it but walked by after coming up with no ideas.. This recipe today has opened me up to whole new way of thinking, before now i've only ever used grated veg in the place of paster... Thank you... I bet you can guess what i'm buying at my health food store today :)

  • I bought a bag of Kelp Noodles once, but I didn't even think to soak them first, so they were kind of hard and after a few bites I ended up just putting it in my Vitamix and blending it because I didn't want to chew it. If I ever buy them again I'll try soaking them you did first for sure.

  • I tried kelp noodles, taste OK, but not in favor of plastic and the fact they are not green.

Zucchini works just as well and is organic , fresh and alive. You can always ad sea vegges to pesto.

  • I love the boy's outlook on food! He looooves everything doesn't he?

  • I love you guys...You're so great with the kids!

  • i had kelp noodles and i hated them because of the plasticness of it... but a day ago i bought another package suprizingly locally at sun harvest, and i didn't know what to do with them until i just saw your vid! THANKS!

  • If you soak them in water and lemon juice, it really softens them up quickly! It takes a long time for them to soften up without the lemon juice otherwise, and they will still have a "crunch" to them without it. The packaging says to run them under water out of the package too, which I do...then I soak. I use them mostly in soups in the wintertime.

  • google Eurasian Lynx for kevin gianni lookalike, not siberian

  • spirulina is not a source of b12 said gariel cousins. bcuz it is high in something that blocks human active b12 so its a neutral effect.

  • where could u buy kelp noodles?

  • Whole Foods Market

  • what section at whole foods?

  • Usually near the refrigerated soy products.

  • Anyone know how those kids get thier

    b12?

  • Wheat grass juice = easy b12

  • seaweed and bee pollen too
